We’re Driftwood Brewery, and we’re looking for an experienced Brewer to join our team. If you’ve got a solid track record in brewing, a passion for craft beer, and the skills to take our production to the next level, we want to hear from you.

Here’s what you’ll be doing: carrying out all aspects of the brewing process — from mashing to fermentation and cellaring. You’ll also help maintain quality control, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to our creative lineup of beers.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in brewing (min of 2 yrs commercial experience preferred)
• Deep knowledge of brewing processes, equipment, and safety standards
• You’ve got a laser focus for precision, nailing every step of the brewing process with flawless execution and unwavering consistency.
• You’re a team player through and through, thriving on collaboration and lifting others up to crush shared goals together.

Pay: $23-26 per hour

Working Conditions: The role may require lifting heavy bags of ingredients (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks. Physical stamina and strength are important. The brewery environment can be fast-paced and dynamic, often involving exposure to various temperatures, humidity levels, and equipment noise.
