Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers like liquor stores, hospitality account, understanding their needs, and closing the sale. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, preferably in adult beverage sales, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
• Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
• Close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate beer USP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in outside sales, with a focus on liquor sales preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
