Salt Spring Brewing Company is growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced Brewer or Assistant Brewer to our team! If you’re passionate about craft beer, have hands-on experience in a production brewery, and want to work in a collaborative, team-first environment—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain our canning line (experience preferred but not compulsory)
• Perform cellar work including CIP/SIP, dry hopping, transfers, and carbonation
• Assist in wort production on brew days (or lead them, depending on experience)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the brewery
• Monitor and record fermentation and quality data
• Pitch in wherever needed— Deliveries, cleaning kegs, organizing inventory, assisting on brew days, and more. We’re a small team and everyone helps make it happen

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous brewery or food production experience 
• Experience with a canning line is a strong asset
• Willingness to take on any task and work collaboratively
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 25+ kg and work in a physically demanding environment
• Passion for craft beer and a desire to grow with a team
• Valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Expected hours: 20 to 40 per week, depending on your needs
