Congrats to Firehall Brewery on their latest “Batch”…
Huge congrats (and chuckles) to Firehall Brewery on their latest “production”… read below
(via the Oliver News)
“NEWEST BATCH from Firehall Brewery = a fresh spring seasonal we named Léo Quinn Ruhland, tapped Saturday, March 22 at 12:59pm after 36 weeks of warm fermentation. This inaugural release from the Firehall Brewery’s “Brewmaster’s Series” employed an ancient brewing technique, involving the inoculation of a live human body (imported from Québec) with a unique wild yeast strain originating from Oliver, BC, followed by an infusion mash & slow-maturation in utero. This small batch aged to perfection a few weeks earlier than expected, so please excuse slow email/phone/facebook response time over the next few weeks.
- OG: 5 lbs 12 oz
- IBU: 0
TASTING PROFILE: Bold & complex notes that seem playful at first, but tend to scream you awake hours later after you’ve passed out from intoxicating exhaustion. Classic “Belgian beer” aromas reminiscent of barn and digested milk. Truly one of a kind.”
