Buy BC: EAT DRINK LOCAL is an opportunity for customers to experience the great tastes BC has to offer while dining out in May. Restaurants across the province will be highlighting their local dishes and local beer, wine and spirits to celebrate BC flavours and provide unique dining experiences.
Any business providing local food and beverage is welcome to participate – breweries, restaurants, cafes, pubs, cellar doors, brewpubs and more.
The BC Restaurant and Foodservices Association will be promoting participating businesses through their website, social media channels and through print and digital advertising. Businesses also have the opportunity to participate in regional photo shoots.
For businesses with a restaurant/food services, the cost of participation is at a discounted price of $175, while participation by businesses without food is no cost.
If you are interested in participating in this promotion, please provide a profile through our website as soon as possible. The only other requirement is to offer detail about your products or your ‘fresh sheet menus’ in May, which can be either new menu items or a highlight of the existing dishes using local produce.
