For some BC craft breweries, their aluminum beer cans come from Canada.

The aluminum is then exported to the United States — now with a tariff — where it’s turned into cans.

Those cans are then sold back to Canada.

Alexis Esseltine is President of Tin Whistle Brewery in Penticton.

She’s been bracing for the impact of those tariffs since the threats began…
